Cancellation Policy
At Curls by Alyssa Jean, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and the time of other guests, I kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
* Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your appointment will have the deposit transferred to your new appointment.
* Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the 50% deposit being non-refundable and forfeited.
* Arriving significantly late may require shortening or rescheduling your service and may be treated as a late cancellation if there is not enough time to complete your appointment.
